Harbor is an open source trusted cloud native registry project that stores, signs, and scans content. Harbor Registry is
the Docker Distribution (registry v2) component within Harbor, responsible for storing and distributing container
images. It is built from Harbor's fork of Docker Distribution (goharbor/distribution) and provides the core registry
functionality that other Harbor components depend on for image storage and retrieval.
